La gamba da man drita vol essere grossa de le none parte l'una de l'alteza & vol principiar fora del quadro; insino che si giongia con lo tondo a unità de mezo puncto, manco del mezo de la superiore linea versa man sinistra, & finisca sopra lo angulo extremo del quadro, con quelli tondi como vedi contrascripto. E tutti li tondi de fora sono larghi uno puncto: quelli de dentro mezo, cioè dal mezo del tondo infino a la circunferentia. La gamba sinistra vol essere la mittà de la gamba grossa, & la interiore linea de dicta gamba vol principar nel mezo de la suprema linea del quadro & finire a unità de la extrema, uno puncto dentro de la linea sinistra del quadro. La gamba de mezo vol essere la terza parte de la gamba grossa, giungendo la superiore linea de dicta gamba sopra la linea transversale del quadro.

Note: Francesco Torniello works with a 18x18 square grid (81 x 81 mm), where one point is one ninth of the square length, i.e 9 mm.
