Deutsch: Am Beispiel des Waggonwaybreen im Magdalenenfjord (Spitzbergen) läßt sich der gigantische Schwund der Eismassen in den letzten 100 Jahren sehr deutlich nachweisen. Fotos aus den Jahren 1900 (oben), 1960 (Mitte) und 2015 (unten).
English: Many glaciers retreat dramatically in the northern hemisphere. Taken the Waggonwaybreen at Magdalenfjord on Svalbard the shrinkage is documented here through photographs of the years 1900 (top), 1960(middle), and 2015 (bottom).
