Summary

Description
English: Individual people within a company interact in different patterns according to the tasks they are currently dealing with. The idea behind the picture is to model individuals in some analogy to neurons in a neural network withs neurons and dendrites and synapses. One could then apply algorithms derived from the study of neural networks (e. g. backpropagation) to "neural companies". The animation relates to the Global Brain Theory, the idea of Living Systems, Panpsychisms, Neural Networks, Organicism and Neuroeconomics.
