English: Four U.S. Marine Corps Grumman F9F-2 Panther of Marine Fighter Squardron 115 (VMF-115) "Able Eagles" fly over North Carolina (USA), in March 1950, in preparation for "open house" at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, North Carolina, which was held on Armed Forces Day, 20 May 1950. VMF-115 was the first U.S. Marine Corps squadron to fly the F9F.
