Deutsch: Rasensteinbrech nach der Blüte in der Skansbukta am Isfjord. Die zahlreichen ampullenartigen Strukturen scheint die Pflanze nur an den Rosetten zu bilden, die sich auf die Winterruhe vorbereiten. Die rote Farbe der sonst grünen Pflanze entsteht durch Pilzbefall.
Deutsch: This Tufted saxifrage has finished blossoming in August. It appears that this plant is creating countless little ampullae at the leaf rosettes when preparing for dormancy. The red color of the leaves is indicative of a fungus infestation and is very frequent in late summer.
