English: Lone tree, common alder (Alnus glutinosa), in the fog next to the Husqvarna factory in Brastad, Lysekil Municipality, Sweden. The lawn is used to show the robotic lawnmowers made in the factory in action. Through the fog the alder looks like it has some foliage, but on closer inspection it was found to be full of last year's cones and new male catkins (inflorescence). |
