(B) Carte de densité globale (à gauche) et modèle atomique (à droite) du complexe RdRp du SARS-CoV-2 (nsp12-nsp7-nsp8) avec différentes vues :

  1. Chaque domaine est coloré avec le code couleur adopté en (A).
  2. La flèche noire pointe le 'tunnel principal' où circule l'anti-génome qui sert de modèle pour la synthèse de nouveaux ARN viral par la polymérase.
  3. La flèche rouge pointe sur le 'motif F' qui est l'un des motifs catalytiques clés de nsp12. Le 'motif F' achemine les NTP. Il correspond au 'second tunnel'.
