Summary

Description
English: Orbits of Saturn's 58 irregular satellites as of 1 January 2021, each of them labeled. Their orbits are colored based on their direction of orbits; prograde satellites are colored blue while retrograde satellites are colored red. The five lost satellites S/2004 S 7, S/2004 S 12, S/2004 S 13, S/2004 S 17, and S/2007 S 3 are given a darker shade of red. Orbits are calculated from JPL-HORIZONS elements based on epoch JD 2459200.5 (17 Dec 2020). For comparison, the orbit of Saturn's outer major moon Iapetus (dark green) is shown and labeled around the center.
