Deutsch: Sewell EDNI-106-P: Gebäude für öffentliche Einrichtungen. Im Sockelgeschoss befindet sich eine Kegelbahn mit vier Bahnen. Dort war auch ein Mineralogie- und Mechanik-Museum untergebracht. In der ersten Etage befand sich ein Fotografie- und Geschichts-Museum und in der zweiten Etage ein Saal für Emfänge. Platform Frame-Konstruktion, 1917 gebaut mit 1201 m2 Fläche. Bis zu 290 m2 freie Fläche pro Etage möglich.
English: Sewell EDNI-106-P: Building for public institutions. On the base floor there is a skittle alley with four tracks. On this floor was a museum of mineralogy and mechanics, too. On the second floor was a museum of photography and history and on the second floor was a reception hall. Platform frame construction, built in 1917 with 1201 m2 area. Up to 290 m2 free area per floor possible.
