Adding tools and strategies[edit]

I would like to add tools for measuring different goals as well as strategies that program leaders have used to achieve those goals, perhaps in a table format. It would be great if I could get some help identifying the right tool for each measure, as well as any case studies, reports, or experiences that people have had achieving some of these goals. --KHarold (WMF) (talk) 19:23, 4 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Qualtiy content instead of content and quality[edit]
