Welcome to the Digital Safety Resource Center! Here you will find material to learn about digital safety concepts and inform yourself of the various risks and threats that exist as you interact with digital technologies online.
- Resources are grouped by thematic subtabs. In every subtab you can find context on threats and risks, recommendations and tools/resources.
- Take the time to go through the resources and learn to better protect yourself, the people you interact with and the communities you support.
- If you feel overwhelmed or don’t know what to do first, the tab on “Safety Planning” includes some resources that can help you prioritize safety recommendations for your own context.
- The Human Rights Team does not recommend any particular providers of digital safety tools and software. Always check your tools and software with updated rankings and audits by organizations specialized on such assessments.
