Overview[edit]
The beginning of the quarter saw a hopping hundred articles on Wikipedia through Andhra Loyola College students on topics such as Physics, Statistics and Telugu. Telugu students of ALC also worked on digitizing the works of Kandukuri Veeresalingam. February saw the 11 years celebrations of Telugu Wikipedia at Tirupati. Five community members from Telugu Wikimedia community participated in Train the Trainer program organised by CIS-A2K in February-March. Viswanadh, an IEG grantee from Telugu Wikipedia community took lead in organising outreach events at Guntur and Rajamundry.

Statistical analysis[edit]
Note: At the time of writing this report (April 16, 2015), the statistics for March 2015 for Telugu Wikipedia are not available. Hence we have taken an anticipated figure based on live database figures for March also.
During this quarter there was not so drastic change in Telugu Wikipedia except for the total number of edits.
Total Editors[edit]
Total number of editors grew by which is comparable with the growth in other quarters.
New Editors[edit]
The number of new editors was 24, 9 and 15 (anticipated) respectively for January, February and March. T
Active Editors[edit]
The number of active editors was , and respectively for January, Fubruary and March. The trends are almost the same as previous quarter.
Very Active Editors[edit]
The number of very active editors was 15, 16 and 16 respectively for January, February and March.
No. of Articles[edit]
Total number of articles in Telugu Wikipedia grew from to in this quarter. The number of new articles per day was 9, 11 and 12 respectively for January, February and March. Overall the statistics for Telugu Wikipedia has improved slightly in this quarter.
Outlook and next quarter projections[edit]
This quarter saw a mixed growth in Telugu Wikipedia. Members celebrating 11 year could be one of the reasons. The benchmark article count of 60,000 articles on Telugu Wikipedia and 10,000 pages on Telugu Wikisource were achieved in previous quarter, and the contentment of achievement could be one of the reasons for lesser activity and less growth when compared to last quarters. 11 years celebrations has shown a greater responsibility and leadership among community members. More emphasis will be made on acting upon the goals and activities that were set during the 11 years celebrations retrospective and future plan brainstorm session.
