With the impending Wikivoyage merger with the WMF, the IRC part of it is being sorted out

To do list

• GCs need to obtain control over the #wikivoyage domain from freenode Done
• GCs need to set up the cloak part for wikivoyage Done
• #en.wikivoyage and #wikivoyage-en need to be redirected to #wikivoyage as the community is too small
• #wikivoyage needs to be -t and have the rest of the settings done (forwarding to #wikimedia-overflow in the remote case it might need to be +r'ed, etc) Done by Peter
• #wikivoyage needs a topic update to reflect the status, I propose Wikivoyage - http://www.wikivoyage.org - Wikivoyage is in the process of being imported into WMF servers see http://bit.ly/TD14TY - Channel rules at http://en.wikivoyage.org/wiki/Wikivoyage:IRC_channel Done
• Access list has to be sorted out on the channels (mainly #wikivoyage as the other should just be redirected)
• Update the IRC pages here on meta to add the channels #wikivoyage ( Done) and #wikimedia-wikivoyage
• Inform #wikimedia-ops and #wikimedia-ops-internal of the new channel so they know it exists if needed
• Update http://en.wikivoyage.org/wiki/Wikivoyage:IRC_channel / make an new one here on meta - partially done, I've updated a bunch of it, dunno about if we should copy it over here
