Phase I

from May 2012

• Gather interest/volunteers
• Digest all the feedback from the jury on the 2013 bid
• Collect & discuss any suggestions for changes to the major points of the 2013 bid (venue, dates, major events)

Phase II

from 17th June 2012 or whenever the second planning meeting ends up being.

• Confirm (core) committee and assign initial roles
  • cf Wikimania_2013_bids/London/Action_Plan and Wikimania_2013_bids/London#Our_Team
• Contact major partners/sponsors and look for advice and support
• Make major bookings (venues, events)
• Draft initial bid page in time for Wikimania 2012

Phase III

from September 2012

• Begin detailed organisation work.
• Begin detailed writeup.
