What is the purpose of the campaign? How will you measure the success of the campaign?

Description - The essence of this campaign is to focus on using the Central Notice banner to recruit readers to contribute to English Wikipedia and other languages from Nigeria.

Nigeria has a large Wikipedia audience, but not many know that they can contribute to Wikipedia, so the project focuses on recruiting readers to contribute to Wikipedia in Nigeria. We will host a central notice banner, and a simple form will be attached to the banner, so Wikipedia readers from Nigeria are encouraged to complete the form if interested and participate in a training on how to contribute to Wikipedia effectively. The Central Notice Banner will only be visible to visitors who are not registered on any Wikimedia project.

@Ayokanmi (WUGN): reached out to me via surveys@ for Qualtrics access and review; the survey (contact gathering for editor training :)) seems okay on my end (replicates past campaigns from WUGN) and has a privacy statement available here: https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/WikiBoost/Privacy_statement ; I would just make sure the privacy statement is available in the banner if possible, or anywhere it could be accessed if a respondent needs it.

Central Notice admin comments

• @Ayokanmi (WUGN): I've created the campaign and banner. Grey text on a grey background isn't very visible. Can we change that to black, please? I had to move the logo to another place to place the close button there, please check the preview. As soon as you approve a good version, I can enable it.
