I request the CentralNotice adminship in order to work on banners for the Hungarian Wikimedia projects. I am a regular organizer of different events and programs of the Hungarian Wikipedia and Wikimedia Hungary (meetups, contests like WLM, WLPA, WLE, and other events). I am responsible for the yearly fundraising campaign in Hungary since 2008, I regularly help to translate or correct the translation of the different CentralNotice texts. I am familiar with the documentation of the CentralNotice extension, I know how the tool works and I have the necessary knowledge to create a new banner (I created the banner of the FR in 2010, when my face was in it and my appeal asked the people in Hungary for donations). I am well aware of the meaning of banner blindness and I would use the tool only if it is really reasonable and necessary with respect to the FR contract with WMF, CN calendar, the community consensus etc. Generally, I ask before if I am not sure of something. I am admin and bureaucrat on huwiki, global renamer on metawiki. I have access to the foundationwiki and many confidential materials of different chapters and the WMF, and I hope there has been no problem with my activity anywhere.
