@Billinghurst: Thank you for your ping. The list of globally banned users is up to date. This recent global lock performed last week was in enforcement of an existing global ban (already on the list and all applicable pages), and not in enforcement of a new global ban. Keep in mind that global bans are placed against an individual, not against an account. So, when one is globally banned this applies not only for their original account, but for any accounts/sock puppets they may use from that point on.
