Talk:Wikipedia.com draft

From Meta, a Wikimedia project coordination wiki

If every article URL from .com would serve an intermediate page, we should probably exclude wikipedia.com from search engines using robots.txt (if that is not already done). I'm somewhat concerned about "spammifying" existing links; perhaps this should only be on the frontpage.--Eloquence 05:19, 23 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The only concern there IMO should be whether it'll make people stop using the .com links. - David Gerard 07:26, 23 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
.com links already tell you that you have linked to the wrong place.

Cafepress and Donations[edit]

I think it would be a good idea to add the big cafepress links and donation form in the pages, as sugested on foundation-l. Lcarsdata 06:27, 23 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
