Hi, Morning Sunshine, I noticed you tagged an user page as speedy deletion candidate, I suppose you're confused meta deletion policy with the other certain wiki: on meta, user talk is not subject to speedy deletion regardless the user is blocked or not. - Hello. I have already read it. As far as l can see, his user page which is created and edited solely by him. Moreover, I don't nominate his user talk page.
