As the title suggests, this presentation is aimed at bringing out the nuances of the Indian Copyright Act. Further, there are quite a few areas wherein the Indian Act directly/ indirectly carves out certain exception. My proposed paper would try to touch upon those aspects which could thereafter create a separate category so that we could upload Indian details/ information without much ado.
In fact more than the wikipedia project, other allied wikimedia projects would benefit more from a India specific Copyright understanding.      

Sorry that my abstract fails at the 'atleast 300 word' test. If given a chance, would definitely correct the lacuna.
