We'll run the analysis after Stage 4 is over. Various aspects on which analysis will be run and success will be measured are shared:
Stage 1: Create an outreach program design including standardized presentation deck, handbook, tips in English which may be adopted / adapted at will by community.
Measure of success #1:
Successfully drafted outreach program design and supporting documents.
Measure of success #2:
Standardized documents in English are helpful for the community members to conduct outreach sessions.
Stage 2: All supporting documents are translated into at least 5 Indic languages that will be used by community members to conduct outreach sessions.
Measure of success #3:
Members of Wikipedia India community are supportive and sign up as volunteers to help translate
Measure of success #4:
Successfully translated supporting documents in at least 5 Indic languages.
Stage 3: Train the trainer: conduct a week long training period for 6 volunteers which will concentrate on both theoretical and practical approach towards outreach.
Measure of success #5:
Members of Wikipedia India community are supportive and sign up as Trainers.
Measure of success #6:
Successfully trained the Trainers.
Stage 4: We'll start to do number of outreach programs in various institutes, organizations, fests. This will be a test ground for all the material we have translated and a practice ground for all the new trainers.
Measure of success #7:
Number of outreach programs conducted by the Trainers in different languages (English & Indic) with the support of other community members.
Measure of success #8:
Other community members are supportive and help the Trainers to conduct these outreach programs.
