Hi Libcub. Good question! This category covers all the pages for selected IEG projects (including sub-pages that are created from hitting the buttons on a selected project's main page...People, Finances, Timeline, and the 2 reports). Category:IEG/Proposals/Selected, on the other hand, is for just the main page of the selected project. That category has some auto-magic attached to it: selected status in an IEG's infobox adds that category to a page, and also generates the header with tabs for creating the sub pages.
