Background[edit]

The Celtic Knot Conference 2022 Kumasi aims to bring Wikimedians in Ashanti Region together to learn, edit and share their experiences of working on minority and minoritized languages on the Wikimedia projects. Our aim is to help them create Wikidata Lexemes and wikidata items in the Twi Language.

At the end of the event, new and existing Wikimedians in Kumasi, Ghana will learn how to edit, create and translate Wikidata Lexemes and Wikidata items in the Twi language.

Action Points[edit]

  • Create awareness on Social media.
  • Participants will be able to Create Lexemes in the Twi language.
  • Participants will be able to add descriptions and labels to Wikidata items in the Twi.
  • Participants will be able to create Wikidata items.

How to participate[edit]

2 Sign up in the Sign up section on this page.

3 Join us in Kumasi on July 23rd and 24th 2022.
