What is the purpose of the campaign? How will you measure the success of the campaign?

Description - Page previews are coming to the desktop version of the English Wikipedia with a target date of 9 April (though this is not yet set in stone). We've prepared a Wikimedia Blog post announcement, with a planned publishing date of 9 April, about the change that will inform readers about the change. I'm requested logged-out users only, as the feature is in my view primarily targeted at readers, rather than editors. The banner choice is something I'm discussing with Seddon (WMF). Thank you!
