What is the purpose of the campaign? How will you measure the success of the campaign?

Description - The scope of this campaign focuses on using the Central Notice banner to recruit volunteers for small-language Wikipedia. Most of the native speakers of Yoruba who read the English Wikipedia are not aware that Wikipedia exists in the Yoruba language. These readers can be potential contributors to the Yoruba Wikipedia. The campaign was originally conducted between 2021 and 2022 as a new experiment, and it was successful. See the report. We want to run the campaign again this year. We will host a central notice banner on the English Wikipedia that is often visited from Nigeria, and a simple form will be attached to the banner. Wikipedia readers from Nigeria who are native speakers of the Yoruba language will be encouraged to complete the form and participate in a training on how to contribute to the Yoruba language Wikipedia. The Central Notice Banner will only be visible to visitors who are not registered on any Wikimedia project.
