What is the campaign duration? 17-09-2018 → 01-10-2018 Which projects will you be targeting? Wikipedia What languages will you be targeting? What is the purpose of the campaign? How will you measure the success of the campaign?

Description - As for last year ([1]), the banner will be used to inform Wikipedia readers that they can enroll in [WikiMOOC #3], a course designed by french Wikipedia volunteers, with the help of Wikimedia France. We informed the community ([[2]]), there is no opposition. We will ask in January for a second CN round. Thanks!

Metrics - Last year, the number of enrollment/day during the display of the banners was way higher than when there was no banner.
