Chandigarh Museum Staff Meetup March 26

This meeting was done with the Chandigarh musuem and art gallery, with the GLAM staff members, the librarian and the musuem curator who have been in discussions in previous meetings.

Meeting Notes

• There was discussion about the MOU and the required partnership formalities. Also, there was issue of providing some documents from Partnerships team from Foundation. There is always an issue with government partnerships with foreign organizations. The better alternative is for them to do partnership with registered organization within India.
• Lot of bureaucratic measures need to be taken where more letters and folder for ongoing Wikimedia partnerships with GLAM institutes has been going around was discussed and to be sent in a file to Director and the upper bureaucrats again.
• Various copyright free sections of library were discussed.
