Resolution to be presented to the Board of WMF for approval[edit]

Upon recommandation from the Chapters committee, which confirms that the structure and bylaws of the Argentinian association "Wikimedia Argentina" comply with the requirements and guidelines for future chapters, it is hereby resolved that:

Wikimedia Argentina is to be officially recognized as a Wikimedia Chapter.

Note: text of the resolution has been changed for the Board of Trustees[edit]
