Resolution to be presented to the Board of WMF for approval
Upon recommandation from the Chapters committee, which confirms that the structure and bylaws of the Swedish association "Wikimedia Sverige" comply with the requirements and guidelines for future chapters, it is hereby resolved that:
Wikimedia Sverige is to be officially recognized as a Wikimedia Chapter and hereby allowed to formally register under the name "Wikimedia Sverige" in Sweden.

The existing organisation is not yet officially registered under the name Wikimedia Sverige, as the Swedish authorities expect a formal OK from the Wikimedia Foundation allowing them to call themselves Wikimedia Sverige. Hence the addition of allowing them to register under the name "Wikimedia Sverige".
