Climate change portal
Climate change on WikimediaThis is a Meta-Wiki Portal page to collect information around community-led efforts to update and improve information relating to climate change and global warming on the Wikimedia projects. (Efforts related to improving internal operations, rather than articles and content, are collected on the sustainability pages linked below).
The issue of climate change is directly linked to the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals. Goal 13 is specifically dedicated to ‘climate action’, but many other goals are closely related (i.e. 14 life below water, 15 life on land, 6 clean water and sanitation, 7 affordable and clean energy, 11 sustainable cities and communities, 12 responsible consumption and production). For this reason, there is significant overlap between activities focused on ‘climate change’ and those focused on ‘sustainable development’.
