Cologne skin
Cologne is one of several proposed new WikiMedia layout skins being worked on by Tarquin.
It is a remake of the current Cologne Blue skin using CSS and following the Layout design document.

Notes[edit]
- The font size seems large because of the Verdana font. See this document for an explanation. It is a bad idea to "cheat" by reducing the font size for the whole document. I could switch the whole stylesheet to Arial... opinions?
- Tahoma and Trebuchet MS are good fonts but not everybody will have them and I've only tried Trebuchet MS for headings.
- The links in the header blue bar are aligned with the top rather than the bottom, as they were previously. There is a way to align at the bottom, but it breaks on IE and Opera.
