Years of birth/death in Intro of biographies (Community Wishlist/W98)

The years of birth and death (when applicable) should always be given immediately after the name in the Intro section of biographical articles. This would be primarily so they show in the article preview when hovering over a link. Otherwise, aside from the verb tense ("is" vs. "was"), there is no indication in the preview of what era the person existed.
To keep the preview compact, only the years should be shown at this point (date/month can be viewed in the full article).
