Why an Audit?[edit]
Every year lots of wishes that come in through the wishlist survey stay unresolved, although they certainly deserve our attention.
In October 2023 the CommTech team carried out an audit of outstanding wishes from the the last 3 years. To do so we relisted top 20 wishes from each year, assuming they are still valid, and not potentially worked on by another team, and spoke about their technical complexity, design and product complexity and community impact, so we can revisit and prioritise them when appropriate.Whenever we review wishes we try pay attention to wishes that be believe might be a good fit for the collaboration during a hackathon and highlight them here.
