Make references/sources of protected items visible for users without a account

N This is already a bug tracked in Phabricator

Problem: In Wikidata there are items (like for example countries etc) which are protected. Reference/sources for such items are only visible for users with a wiki-account. If some statements are used for example in Wikipedia and a user tries to comprehend the source then this is only possible if he/she makes an account. This may an argument not to use Wikidata statements in other wiki projects.
Who would benefit: Other wiki projects but also wikidata itself as reliable source especially for sourced statements.
Proposed solution: Make the references/sources of protected items accessible for non registered users in read-only modus.
