Remove sign that says the article is saved

N Functionality exists

Problem: When you save an article you get a small message that says it is saved
Proposed solution: Remove it
Who would benefit: Everyone that contributes
More comments: Why should we have such a feature, when you enter save, it's saved. It's just a nuisance.

- @Lion-hearted85: I will say I find it useful to know if something has been published or hasn't gone through because my internet crapped out, though I will say that on mobile, placing a green tick in the middle of the green text "Your edit was saved" isn't very readable. @Ulflarsen: This is possible to do by adding the following to your global.css page:

```
