Problem: We can filter by date within a user's contributions, but there is no date selection feature when admins look at deleted contributions.
Proposed solution: Add date filter in deleted contributions.
Who would benefit: Admins tracing past contributions, e.g. when looking to see whether a now-empty category was originally populated by the same editor who created it.
More comments: Note: only admins may view deleted contributions.
