Abstract/description

Conflict is inevitable.

Differences in personalities, approaches, and opinions exist in any collaborative group. The lecture equips participants with practical conflict resolution skills to constructively navigate disagreements, build stronger relationships, and enable the creation of a dynamic team environment.

Active listening techniques, effective communication strategies, and collaborative problem-solving approaches will be explored.

Relationship to ESEAP or to the theme

The theme of Collaboration Beyond the Horizon is all about teamwork, where disagreements are addressed proactively and transformed into a shared purpose.

Successful collaboration does not exist without actionable conflict resolution frameworks.

The lecture will enable participants to transcend individual differences, understand the power of their collective impact, and build a culture of collaboration that extends beyond immediate challenges.
