Finding free, usable images for presentations, websites, and educational materials can be a challenge. To address this very need, a recent webinar titled "Images from the Internet and the Copyright Law" was held on May 28th, 2024.

This event was organized by Wikimedia CR, the National Library in Prague and SKIP. This informative session tackled all things copyright, licensing, and finding free imagery. Expert speakers Pavel Bednařík (Wikimedia CR) and Vít Richter (National Library) provided valuable insights alongside organizer Linda Jansová, who was also the host.

The good news? You can still access the wealth of information from this webinar! The recording is available on the YouTube channel, and all the materials, including a Q&A section and helpful tools, can be found at autorskaprava.wikimedia.cz. This is a fantastic resource to ensure you're using images legally and ethically in your library's educational offerings.
