Event Description[edit]
This is a Global Open Initiative Foundation initiative (GOIF). A collaboration with the Effutu library in the Central region of Ghana. Librarians and participants will be trained on how to use Wikimedia platforms such as Wikidata. The objective of this event is to compile and document the libraries books and resources online. The main platform for this project is Wikidata.
Event Details[edit]
This is an offline workshop. The workshop will take place at the the Effutu library. The contest will take place one week from the 18th of April to 25th of April 2024.
Rules[edit]
Please read the rules very carefully before the contest commences.
- All participants must have or create a Wikipedia of Wikidata account and be signed in before making any edits.
- To ensure your edits are tracked Participants must register for this event so your edits can be tracked as part of the campaign.
- Contributions will only be counted if they were made during the competition period (April 18 to April 25, 2024).
