Imo State Network Wiki Loves Africa 2024 event provides a platform for Wikimedians in Imo State to capture images, audio, and videos in line with the WLA 2024 theme, "Africa creates." This initiative aims to enhance Wikimedia platforms with a vivid representation of the creative tapestry unique to Imo State, fostering a more comprehensive and diverse global showcase. By encouraging documentation of local creations, innovations, and contributions, the event not only showcases the richness of Imo State's cultural landscape but also contributes to a broader understanding of Africa's creative diversity on the global stage.

How to participate[edit]
- Register for the event.
- Observe the rules of competition
- Join the general photowalk in Imo State on 23rd March 2024; if you are outside of Imo State, contact the organizers via the WhatsApp group.
- Undertake a week-long individual photowalk on the theme from 18th to 28th March 2024.
- Attend the upcoming online training on uploading your photowalk images, audios, and videos to Commons on the 3rd April, 2024.
