The Algerian Wikimedians will embark on an exciting year-long project starting March 15, 2024! They will be working on an existing list and translating pages related to railway stations across Algeria, dating back to 1850, when the first Algerian railroad was created.

Get ready to discover the fascinating history of Algerian railroads! Let's get started! Most Algerians use Arabic on a daily basis! As a result, we will translate the entire list into Arabic and recruit editors through Arabic Wikipedia to start translating from French, especially those who are able to translate.

Next year, we will illustrate all the article pages of Algerian railway stations with photos! The project will run for two years, starting on March 15 of this year.
