Summary

Description

English: The photo is from Arkivverket. It depicts some of the 3000 Armenian farmers who were driven away from their homes by the Turks. Nearly all of them were Kurdish speaking and knew little about God, but were helpful to each other. About 200 families have been given land and oxen to sustain themselves.
