Zjawisko to obserwowane na przykładzie Wikipedii urasta do fenomenu, który jeszcze czeka na swoją pełną analizę prawna i ekonomiczną, nie wspominając już o psychologicznej. W ramach wystąpienia zostanie nakreślona istota autorstwa encyklopedii internetowej w formie "wiki" poprzez omówienie specyfiki jej tworzenia oraz wpasowanie jej w instytucje prawa autorskiego. |
