The Wikimedia Foundation’s Finance and Administration Department, led by Jaime Villagomez, Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for overseeing many aspects of the Foundation’s basic functions. The Department ensures responsible management of the Foundation’s funds, investments and resources, in keeping with the Foundation’s core values of transparency and accountability.
