Fixing dead links/Spanish templates

List of Spanish citation templates asking for an external URL, unless there are any in Plantillas de autorizaciones or Plantillas para obras de referencia that should be included. But that seems unlikely.

Also, es:Plantilla:Traducción Google asks for a URL but for several reasons – e.g. the URL in itself is a request – I doubt it is affected.
