Activities

Pre-conference

• Gathered inputs from the community thru a survey to shape the national gathering of Wikimedians
• Communicated with accepted participants via email on the overview and details of the conference
• Curated the submitted presentations and lectures

Conference days

• Facilitated the sessions
• Documented the activities
• Presented on Wikisource Loves Manuscripts

Post-conference

• Gathered feedback from the participants thru a post-conference survey
• Uploaded photographs on Commons
• Followed up with the participants

Learnings

• The conference gave the community a venue to meet fellow Wikimedians from different parts of the country and from various communities.
• The conference encouraged the participants to become active in other Wikimedia projects
• There is so much to look forward to hearing the presentations and the insights from the participants.
