Goal 2 Program 3: Partnerships for Reach - Middle East and Africa More people recognize the Wikipedia brand and understand the value of Wikipedia content, so they seek out Wikipedia when they are looking for information.	Partnership opportunities: Finalize testing of Wikipedia via SMS with OneM in Iraq with Asiacell. Establish partnership agreement with the Guardian Group in Nigeria for Wikipedia articles to be printed on a weekly basis in their newspapers. Goal 4 Program 5: Partnerships for Communities Movement affiliates from emerging communities learn and refine their partnerships related skills. They will have the knowledge to understand and apply these skills to their local context creating opportunities to further expand our mission.
