Grants:IdeaLab/Citation should be valid

I have noted that many of articles are harassed by hate speechers. They represent fake citations on fake basis and want vandism in Wikipedia. Please verify users by cell phone, email, social media etc..

Please keep totally neutral Admins for improvement and checking of citation quality or authenticity.
