What is the problem you're trying to solve?[edit]

Wikipedia is so technical it takes a study of its own to start using it.

What is your solution?[edit]

Make it extremely easy to use. Learn from Apple. In fact, get Apple in on the design process, I am sure they would like to get credit for a redesign.
