There is a huge amount of bullying in Wikipedia. It is easy for females to be blocked by bullies.

What is the problem you're trying to solve?[edit]
I am so fucking mad when I see a bully in Wikipedia. This is why I usually don't edit.
What is your solution?[edit]
All blocks should be limited to 72 hours. If a block is determined to be wrong, the blocking administrator should be subject to 10 times the punishment (or blocked for 720 hours). If done in good faith, then the punishment could be limited to 720 hours of no administrative powers. This is not really punishment because administrators only use mops.
